Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please contact hello@limpidecandle.com for a status update (note that Royal Mail is also experiencing delays with delivery).
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Royal Mail 2nd Class usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking detail once your order leaves the workshop.
Refunds & Exchanges
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Limpide Candle within 48 hours of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or missing a product in your order, please let us know within 48 hours after your order is delivered.
You may return your unused products for a full refund, less shipping and handling within 5 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at hello@limpidecandle.com for further details.
